OPTIZMO Technologies, a leader in email compliance and suppression list management, faced a challenge: their extensive onboarding video library contained proprietary training that needed to be restricted to verified customers while still delivering a seamless, branded viewing experience. To solve this, OPTIZMO turned to Cincopa, using Cincopa Video Channels and Video Analytics to meet security, ease-of-use, and reporting requirements.
Cincopa implemented embeddable, brand-customized Video Channels embedded within OPTIZMO’s cloud platform so videos are accessible only after login, and deployed its Video Player JavaScript with a one-time viewer-tracking analytics snippet. Cincopa’s solution gave OPTIZMO precise, per-user viewing data via the Analytics section, reports, and API, enabled non-IT teams to manage content, and supported automated, on-demand onboarding workflows—driving improved customer success and clearer insight into which videos to update.
