WhichAddon, founded in 2015 by accountants Jeri Murphy and Marlon Wambeek, is a cloud software integration and training consultancy focused on inventory-heavy wholesale, retail and manufacturing clients. After years working with Xero and various add-ons, they found they couldn’t meet larger customers’ needs for detailed pricing, EDI and combined retail/wholesale functionality and were forced to turn away those opportunities.

Becoming a Cin7 partner allowed WhichAddon to bundle Cin7’s POS, eCommerce, B2B and native EDI with Xero, delivering enterprise-strength functionality without ERP costs. That shift let them take on bigger SMEs, streamline B2B processes, charge appropriately for complex integrations and concentrate on their core strengths—nearly doubling revenue in year two and attributing about 30% of that growth to Cin7 while attracting a steadier stream of higher-value clients.
