Ranga is a New Zealand craft alcoholic ginger beer brand founded by four partners who scaled quickly into supermarkets and more than 200 retailers. While sales grew, the founders relied on complex spreadsheets to track inventory and invoices, which made it hard to reconcile stock, produced an inaccurate balance sheet and led them to overestimate cash flow and underestimate expenses.

They moved to Cin7 (integrated with Xero) because it lets them correct inventory on the fly instead of masking errors with journal entries, giving real-time supply chain visibility for demand planning and forecasting. The result: clearer cash-flow management, directors freed to focus on growth, and continued strong expansion (about 60% year-over-year sales growth from 2014–2015).
