Sika Design is a third-generation Danish rattan and wicker furniture business that sells B2B into more than 90 countries. When Sika Design USA pivoted to focus on wholesale furniture, it needed ERP-level functionality—quoting, inventory visibility, landed-costs and CRM—but wanted something faster to deploy and less expensive than a traditional ERP. Time was critical: the team couldn’t wait months for implementation or add headcount to manage manual spreadsheets.
Sika implemented Cin7 in six weeks, gaining an all‑in‑one system with quoting, orders, Open-to-Sell inventory visibility, basic CRM, colour-size grids and integrations with Xero/QuickBooks. The platform lets the team presell stock, accurately calculate landed costs and COGS, and build purchase orders from consolidated sales orders with a few clicks. The result: substantially higher efficiency (about 15 minutes saved per quote), avoidance of an immediate hire, clearer margins and faster progress toward profitability, backed by responsive support.
