A Cin7 Case Study

Setting a Path for Growth

Kyrgies is a socially driven slipper brand founded to create jobs in Kyrgyzstan by partnering with a wool-crafting factory that employs local women. After launching on Shopify and expanding to Etsy and wholesale, rapid SKU growth and multi-channel selling exposed limits in Shopify’s inventory tools and poor integration with their accounting system, forcing the founders to maintain inconsistent stock records that threatened their ability to scale.

In 2018 Kyrgies implemented Cin7 to centralize inventory, SKUs and sales across Shopify, Etsy and growing retail accounts. Cin7—integrated with Xero and ShipStation—eliminated separate inventories, resolved reconciliation issues and streamlined fulfillment, giving the team a user-friendly platform that supports aggressive retail expansion while preserving their social-impact mission.
