Pigeonhole is a fashion and gift retailer founded in 2007 that has grown to 11 stores plus a wholesale business and production office, with around 70 staff and contributors across Australia, Asia and Europe. Rapid expansion exposed limitations in its Lightspeed POS: staff couldn’t process transactions efficiently, sales were lost and the company needed a system that could handle multi-store growth and integrate with a new accounting platform (Xero).

Pigeonhole selected Cin7 for its cloud-based platform, Xero integration and ability to centrally manage retail and wholesale operations; Cin7 supported the rollout with close collaboration and on-site help and customisations, going live before the busy Christmas season. One year on the business reports smoother, faster retail operations, easier transaction processing, better data for strategic decisions and happier staff, and is now rolling Cin7 out to its wholesale arm.
