Monsterthreads, founded by Mark Mamrot and Kaew Pongpaet, grew from a market stall into a multi-channel brand with 10 stores and 100 wholesale partners, built around an artist-driven, “kid-in-a-candy-store” retail experience. Rapid growth exposed limits in a desktop inventory system that didn’t sync stores, warehouse and online sales in real time, causing stock inaccuracies, duplicated work and constrained expansion.

In 2018 Monsterthreads implemented Cin7—leveraging its POS, B2B ecommerce, warehouse features and integrations with Shopify, Xero, CRM and shipping—to centralize inventory and automate workflows. The result was faster, more accurate processes, smoother expansion into new locations and overseas markets, and more time to focus on product development and customer experience.
