ABC School Supplies, an Ireland-based online supplier of educational products, needed to replace its slow, manual legacy inventory system as order volumes surged during Covid. Cin7 implemented automated inventory management with integrations to Xero, WooCommerce, Shiptheory, and ForesightAI, helping ABC School Supplies move to a paperless workflow and improve forecasting. As a result, the company increased order capacity from about 50 to 400–500 orders per day, cut average order processing time from 10 minutes to 2 minutes 40 seconds, reduced errors to under 1%, quadrupled business, and improved margins and next-day delivery performance.
