Only Approved is a Denmark-based fitness retailer founded by wellness enthusiasts and professional bodybuilders, led by CEO Jesper Orum. The 10-person team set out to import and distribute American nutrition, training equipment, and apparel across Europe, focusing on niche, recommendable brands. Rapid growth, expanding product lines and fulfillment partners, and reliance on spreadsheets and personal messaging left them unable to synchronize orders, inventory and logistics—making dropshipping and scalable operations a major challenge.

They implemented Orderhive (project started June 4, 2018, four-month rollout) to centralize inventory, order and dropshipping management and create virtual, multi-tenant warehouses.
