How Freeletics uses Orderhive’s customized solution to centralize and manage their key business processes

Freeletics is a Germany-based fitness and lifestyle company (founded in 2013) that also sells fitness products through multiple Shopify storefronts tailored to different countries. Rapid growth exposed operational pain points: tracking inventory and returns across separate stores, manually communicating orders to their 3PL (PFIFF), and meeting country-specific invoicing and tax requirements — all without a centralized system or automated data connector.

Orderhive implemented an FTP integration between the Shopify stores and PFIFF, automating order exports, fulfillment and real-time stock updates for returns, while providing a centralized inventory and order-management dashboard.
