WeForm, a manufacturer of high-quality plastic and zinc die-cast parts, faced growing customer demands that required an expansion of its production capacity. The challenge was to increase output while maintaining a single-shift operation, which led them to partner with vendor Cimatron and invest in their CAD/CAM software and a new automated production cell.

The solution involved a fully automated cell programmed by Cimatron's software, which supplied NC programs, erosion parameters, and measurement coordinates. This allowed for 24/7 unmanned production. The implementation by Cimatron eliminated manual processes and potential errors, resulting in significantly higher efficiency, productivity, and flexibility for WeForm, justifying the major investment.
