Eagle Street Partners, a pan‑European real estate investment and asset manager, needed to boost operational efficiency, cut utility costs and improve visibility and ESG reporting at its refurbished Grade‑A office at 310 St. Vincent Street in Glasgow. To meet these active asset management goals, Eagle Street deployed CIM’s PEAK Platform to digitise and monitor the building and its systems.

CIM implemented PEAK’s AI‑driven monitoring, automated fault detection and a collaborative Actions dashboard, delivering rapid value (digitised in 16 days) and measurable wins: an 18% reduction in electricity, 187 zones monitored, 205 actions raised with a 97% completion rate, and detection of a water leak missed by the building’s water system. These improvements have driven lower opex, better stakeholder accountability, clearer ESG data and faster, data‑driven maintenance, and Eagle Street has since expanded PEAK to other assets.
