CIM drives financial and sustainability performance for LaSalle through digitised property operations

LaSalle Investment Management needed better data and technology to improve operational efficiency, drive financial performance and accelerate its net-zero pathway across Australian office and retail assets. To meet this challenge LaSalle partnered with CIM and deployed the PEAK Platform beginning in August 2021 to digitise property operations and centralise real‑time data and workflows.

CIM’s PEAK Platform was rolled out across seven sites (98,000 sqm), enabling collaborative issue tracking (303 actions with a 79% closure rate), monitoring ~1,976 pieces of equipment and streaming ~13,000 data points governed by 3,000+ rules. The CIM solution delivered measurable results: an 18% reduction in energy versus pre‑COVID levels (≈874 MWh saved / ~900 tCO2), indoor environment scores rising to 84% (from 71%), and a NABERS uplift to 4.5 stars at Transport House — boosting asset value, tenant experience and portfolio visibility.
