Burlington leverages data to improve comfort and streamline workflows with PEAK

Burlington Engineering, a 40‑year leader in mechanical, electrical and HVAC control services, needed to boost occupant comfort, streamline multi‑trade contractor workflows and meet sustainability targets at Dublin Landings, a 10‑story, 13,000 sqm multi‑tenant office. To tackle slow, fragmented issue resolution and rising energy/CO2 concerns, Burlington partnered with CIM to deploy the PEAK Platform across the site.

CIM’s PEAK Platform connected 238 sensors to the BMS, deployed 1,017 automated FDD rules and monitors 558 pieces of equipment, giving facilities teams and contractors real‑time visibility and automated alerts. The solution identified 128 actions (68% closure), delivered €62K energy savings in 2022, improved thermal comfort from 91% to 97%, optimized 13K sqm, cut specific plant run hours (reducing demand by 66% in one case) and simplified maintenance workflows—enabling faster fault resolution and measurable operational and sustainability gains.
