Adelaide Airport - Customer Case Study

The customer, Adelaide Airport, sought to become one of the world's most sustainable airports, with a focus on mitigating the significant impact of outside air temperature on its energy consumption. They partnered with the vendor CIM to address the optimization gap in their building's HVAC system beyond the capabilities of their existing technology.

CIM implemented its PEAK Platform to provide real-time building analytics for Adelaide Airport. The solution identified complex faults, prioritized maintenance for maximum emissions reduction, and improved asset lifecycle. The results included being on track for savings of 600tCO2e and 933MWh with a seven-month payback, achieving a #1 global sustainability ranking, and receiving awards for their environmental initiatives. CIM's platform continues to provide ongoing optimization.
