LogBuy, the employee benefits scheme covering all of Europe, had spent more than 10 years developing its .NET platform and was left with a large amount of legacy code. With a front end serving over 800,000 users and a back office facing over 400 clients, the company needed broader development skills and a partner to take over part of the work. LogBuy chose Ciklum’s Managed Team model to support this effort.

Ciklum met with LogBuy in Kyiv and provided a team that could handle both maintenance and new development while LogBuy kept control of product delivery. In the first year, Ciklum delivered two major features, including a new HR Hub module and a portal redesign, and introduced Continuous Integration and Build Automation to improve delivery efficiency. LogBuy said the team was professional, proactive, and cost-efficient.
