Kantar Retail Virtual Reality - Customer Case Study

Kantar Retail Virtual Reality worked with Ciklum to develop a virtual reality solution for the retail and consumer goods industry that would let researchers test with real shoppers in virtual stores instead of physical ones. The goal was to create a confidential, realistic research tool for desktop and laptop use, while avoiding the cost, time, complexity, and risk of testing in real stores.

Ciklum supported the project with software development, UX/UI, quality assurance, project and process management consulting, and a hybrid delivery model across the UK, USA, and Ukraine. Using Agile, DevOps, and SAFe 3.0, Ciklum helped launch VRInfinity release 1.0 in 2015 and release 2.0 in 2017, resulting in 60% faster time to market, a 27.5% decrease in cost per epic, and up to a 43% increase in team productivity.
