BAALM needed a redesign of its aging sports betting software. The interface was outdated and crowded, and managers had to work across several third-party tools and up to four monitors, making the system harder to use and slowing daily work. Ciklum was brought in to provide UX/UI design for the web platform.

Ciklum ran workshops and user interviews at the client’s office, then redesigned the experience around a cleaner multi-screen system with a new dashboard, customizable widgets, and a Material Design-style interface. The result gave managers a clearer view of the system, improved control and flexibility, and helped reduce stress and mistakes. Ciklum also produced detailed annotations and video demonstrations to support knowledge transfer and onboarding.
