CIENCE, Inc. worked from Shutterstock’s existing account list to build and refine a qualified prospect list, then delivered those records into Shutterstock’s CRM for outreach. Between October 2019 and February 2020 CIENCE, Inc. provided 700 targeted accounts, replacing roughly 70 poor fits with higher-quality prospects, improving list quality (Quality ★★★★★, NPS ★★★★★) and enabling Shutterstock to focus on pitching API integrations.
