Ascenum is a FinTech marketplace that gives SMB owners valuation tools and access to trusted specialists to grow and exit their businesses. Facing limited outbound activity and a shortage of top-of-funnel opportunities, Ascenum engaged CIENCE, Inc. to scale outreach and secure co-marketing partners (CMPs) that could introduce Ascenum’s services to large networks of SMB customers.
CIENCE, Inc. implemented a six-month omnichannel sales development pilot (phone, email, LinkedIn) with tailored scripts, a campaign landing page, and pre-targeting ads, plus biweekly collaboration with Ascenum. The program booked more than 30 CEO-to-CEO appointments in four months (about eight per month), produced two confirmed partners and at least three more in the pipeline, and brought Ascenum roughly 90% of the way to its initial goals while staying on budget and schedule.
