Large Financial Service Provider needed greater network visibility, control, and service assurance for highly regulated, premium traffic that had to meet strict SLA, security, and data-protection requirements. Using Ciena’s Coherent Routing solutions integrated with FlexEthernet (FlexE), the provider aimed to deliver dedicated or isolated circuits over a converged network while improving auditability and resource efficiency.

Ciena implemented Coherent Routing with FlexE and MCP multi-layer management to map services across the network, create an audit trail, and expose telemetry through OSS and customer portals.
