Chute partnered with Atlantic Records to help launch Ed Sheeran’s "All of Our Stars" music video tied to The Fault in Our Stars. The challenge was to quickly engage a passionate fan community, collect large volumes of user-generated photos, and secure usage permissions so the video could authentically reflect fans’ personal connections to the story.
Using Chute’s visual engagement platform and the hashtag #TFIOSencouragements, Atlantic Records discovered, organized and obtained permission for more than 3,800 fan photo submissions in just three days, with over 96% of fans agreeing to publication. Submissions were showcased in an online gallery for viewing, sharing and voting, resulting in a personal, authentic music video that amplified fan passion and demonstrated the power of managed user-generated content.
