Preview of the Multinational E-Commerce Corporation Case Study

To Increase Employee Growth and Performance

Multinational E-Commerce Corporation, the world’s ninth largest Internet company with 14,000+ employees across 30 countries, needed to lift execution, talent growth and everyday conversations between leaders and employees so ideas could be shared and acted on. They partnered with Churchill Leadership Group to design a change management strategy and deploy its Leader as Great Coach program to build coaching capability across the organization.

Churchill Leadership Group delivered a tailored, global 10‑week blended learning journey (workshops, coaching cohorts, peer practice and certification) for some 3,500 people leaders. Post-program results showed strong, measurable impact—98% of participants said it made a significant difference in their leadership, 69% reported more empowered teams, 46% saw more problem solving and 97% said coaching increased trust; individual outcomes included an estimated €10M potential saving and a team increasing throughput from 40 to 70 projects—driving improved engagement, execution and talent growth.
