The Rise, a golf club in Vernon, BC, was struggling to find its marketing edge and needed a new approach after bringing on Chad Scott as Director of Golf. The course’s existing golf management software was difficult for staff to use, lacked strong marketing features, and wasn’t capturing the quality data needed to help grow the business. To address these issues, The Rise turned to Chronogolf by Lightspeed and its cloud-based golf management platform.

Chronogolf implemented a modern, user-friendly tee sheet solution with ChronoPitch email marketing, a mobile app, and Lightspeed eCom for online sales. As a result, The Rise increased top-line revenue, boosted public and member online bookings, built a successful email marketing strategy, and began selling pro shop products online. The custom mobile app was downloaded more than 600 times, and the club has continued to grow year over year.
