UPHS implemented Chrome River INVOICE to require complete data before submission, enforce role‑based reviews, enable email approvals with supporting documents, and integrate with its Infor/Lawson system. The platform automated AP queues, returned out‑of‑compliance invoices to submitters, and cut non‑PO invoice processing time by more than 50%, speeding approvals and freeing AP to focus on higher‑value work.
