The Donkey Sanctuary, one of the world's largest equine charities, needed a flexible animal management solution to record and manage data for the thousands of donkeys in its care. Their existing complex database was difficult to use and failed to meet their unique requirements. They partnered with vendor Chorus Global to implement a bespoke system built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Chorus developed a completely bespoke solution on Dynamics 365, which included custom user interfaces for rapid data entry and unique process flows for operations like donkey re-homing. The result was a user-friendly system that staff enjoy using, providing a clear overview of each animal's history and status.
