Air New Zealand wanted to scale its in-house carbon credits program but faced challenges in sourcing quality credits, expanding to corporate and cargo customers, and building the necessary technical solutions. They partnered with the vendor Chooose to enhance their Voluntary Emissions Contribution program.

Chooose implemented a custom emissions calculator and a tailored portfolio of certified carbon projects, managing them end-to-end. They also built white-labeled, tech-enabled integrations for customer touchpoints. As a result, Air New Zealand's program became more efficient and saw strong engagement, with over 150 corporate and cargo customers signing up at launch.
