FirstCare Medical Group, a primary and urgent care practice in New Jersey, needed a telemedicine solution to improve care management, strengthen patient relationships, and convert non‑reimbursable phone triage into billable encounters. After nearly nine months of research they selected Chiron Health to meet those goals.
Chiron Health’s telemedicine platform, integrated with FirstCare’s Greenway Prime Suite EHR, synced scheduling and video visits into existing workflows so no duplicate work was required. Using Chiron Health, FirstCare extended access (visits as early as 6:30 a.m. and as late as 9:30 p.m.), is scheduling three or more additional telemedicine visits weekly, and now conducts routine chronic‑care check‑ins (eg, alternate blood pressure rechecks) by video—improving convenience, provider flexibility, and patient satisfaction.
