Channel Fusion, a U.S.-based provider of brand and local marketing materials, needed a more robust and flexible way to build templates for its AdBuilder program. Its previous online editing tool and low-cost creation software were limiting innovation, slowing template production, and making it harder to keep pace with evolving client demands and user experience expectations.

To solve this, Channel Fusion implemented CHILI Publish’s CHILI publisher and back-office platform to streamline template creation and asset management. The new solution was described as about 10% faster than the old tool and much more enjoyable to use, while also improving brand control, localization, and consistency. With CHILI Publish, Channel Fusion could better meet client demand and deliver branded materials that stay aligned with guidelines.
