Missouri State Highway Patrol manages a large and diverse fleet of about 1,500 vehicles and 130 boats, along with trailers and motors, while facing tight budget cycles and the challenge of getting vehicles on time. The agency had been using Chevin Fleet’s FleetWave since 2003 to help its service technicians keep track of and maintain the fleet more effectively.

Chevin Fleet implemented FleetWave as a customizable fleet management system, with heavy use of work orders and newly imported odometer readings from fuel records. The result was a much easier way to manage assets and pull data quickly, replacing an old AS/400 system that was difficult to use; staff can now retrieve requested information in minutes instead of struggling to find it.
