How FleetWave supports Falck’s emergency services fleet

Falck Global, a provider of emergency, healthcare, assistance, and safety services, manages a fleet of around 4,000 vehicles used to support millions of emergency response and patient transport services each year. Before working with Chevin Fleet and its FleetWave platform, Falck struggled to keep fleet data in one place, with countries relying on Excel and paper-based processes for daily checks, mileage tracking, maintenance, and accident reporting.

Chevin Fleet implemented FleetWave and the Driver Advanced App to centralize fleet management, enable digital daily checks and defect reporting, streamline accident reporting to the claims team, and support work orders and maintenance scheduling. The result was far less duplicate work, improved visibility across the fleet, and better control over servicing and repairs, helping Falck operate more efficiently across its global emergency services operations.
