A Chevin Fleet Case Study
The World Food Programme, the UN’s major humanitarian aid agency, needed a better way to manage a large global fleet in a resource-constrained, highly challenging environment. After relying on paper-based processes, it turned to Chevin Fleet’s FleetWave to help oversee more than 5,500 vehicles and associated assets, with the goal of improving visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Chevin Fleet implemented FleetWave to centralize fleet management across the World Food Programme’s operations, enabling better tracking of vehicles, staff, and assets, as well as analysis of fuel, maintenance, accidents, and mileage. The solution helped the organization strengthen policy compliance, improve reporting, and support safer, more environmentally friendly fleets, while reducing costs and streamlining operations.
