Beacon Mobility’s Success with the FleetWave Technician App

Beacon Mobility, a U.S. transportation provider with a large, multi-state fleet, was struggling with inaccurate, paper-based fleet maintenance records and poor visibility into technician activity. Working with Chevin Fleet, Beacon Mobility needed a better way to track vehicle work in real time and improve fleet management across its 15,000+ vehicles and 9,000+ assets.

Chevin Fleet implemented FleetWave and the FleetWave Technician App, rolling it out to more than 800 users, including 500+ technicians. The solution gave Beacon Mobility live data, better shop visibility, and customizable digital checklists, cutting paperwork and keeping technicians at the vehicle; Beacon Mobility reported efficiency gains of at least 10% to 20%, and the company later received a Vendor Partner Award at Leadership Summit 2023.
