MLS & RETS Integration Helps Identify Association Infractions

REALTORS® Association of Edmonton partnered with Chetu to address the challenge of managing MLS data and enforcing business violation rules across its association. The customer needed a cloud-hosted way to selectively import MLS system data through RETS, review potential infractions, and support approved users with reporting and notification workflows.

Chetu built a responsive web application using .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC 6, and related web technologies to automate MLS data imports, flag rule violations, manage notifications, and archive infractions. The solution streamlined QA and data management, freed up staff time through automation, and improved analytics and reporting, while supporting access across major browsers.
