Imprint Group, an event planning and management firm, needed a CRM that could scale with its growth and support multiple locations. Its legacy Microsoft Access-based system had reached its limits, and off-the-shelf CRM options couldn’t accommodate the company’s niche workflows or event-specific needs.

Chetu built a custom ASP.NET MVC CRM with a SQL Server back-end, adding modules for accounts, programs, vendors/staff, dashboards, notifications, and reporting. The solution was deployed across all Imprint Group locations, streamlined day-to-day operations, and provided a platform the company can continue to expand and eventually white-label, giving Imprint Group a scalable system with long-term growth potential.
