Chetu Integrates Oracle Netsuite Software for a NY-based Law Firm

Napoli Shkolnik PLLC, a law firm with more than 100 years of experience, needed a way to connect data from multiple litigation practice systems into a centralized database and map it into NetSuite for custom reporting and dashboards. The firm also wanted to modernize legacy invoicing and add marketing automation, and it worked with Chetu to implement NetSuite integration and reporting solutions.

Chetu built an SSIS-based data bridge, used SuiteTalk and NetSuite APIs to sync records into NetSuite ERP, and created custom integrations for SpitFire dialer and Mailchimp to manage campaigns, client data, and email outreach. The solution automated operations, improved dashboard visibility, tracked ETL activity, flagged invalid or duplicate invoices, and was delivered on time and at a reasonable cost, giving Napoli Shkolnik a more efficient and user-friendly system.
