Predictive Fleet Technologies, a fleet management software provider, needed external development resources to update its ETL processes and add new features, including multilingual support, to its analytics platform after exhausting its in-house bandwidth. The client had faced communication challenges and poor returns with previous developers and was drawn to Chetu's unique onshore/offshore model for its project involving SQL Server and C#.

Chetu implemented the solution by integrating its developers with the client's internal team, utilizing HighCharts for new visual reports and storing internationalized labels in a constants table to add multilingual capabilities.
