The University of Delaware, a major public land-grant university, needed to modernize its aging Oracle/PeopleSoft Financial and HRMS environment while improving efficiency and reducing customizations. The result was easier system use, significantly fewer customizations, smoother cross-department collaboration, and enough budget savings from the HR upgrade to fund the Benefits Billing application.
