The Port of Seattle, a major public sector transportation hub, needed to upgrade its HR functions to an advanced system. They selected CherryRoad Technologies to implement a solution using HR, Payroll, and Benefits Administration modules.

CherryRoad Technologies successfully implemented the complex system on time and on budget, navigating the challenge of 27 different employee unions. The upgrade later included a Time & Labor module, making the Port one of the first public sector institutions with a web-based ERP system. This allowed HR staff to work more effectively and enabled employees to review their own benefits online.
