With thousands of purchase orders to manage, staff had to spend days handling quotes, item maintenance, and faxed purchase orders, making it difficult to track orders accurately and on time.

CherryRoad Technologies helped Newark Public Schools implement punch-out integration within PeopleSoft eProcurement and worked with Pearson to connect the system to Pearson’s OASIS application. The result was a faster, more accurate process that cut order processing time from two to three days to one day, eliminated manual steps, and enabled same-day transmission and email confirmation for approved orders.
