CherryRoad Technologies implemented a scalable, server cluster-based architecture, streamlined the upgrade process, and transferred knowledge to internal staff through training and change management. The project was completed on time and on budget, delivering more than 40% lower contracting costs and over 80% lower hardware costs, while also creating a foundation for future initiatives like EPM, Portal, and HCM.
