The College of New Jersey’s Art and Interactive Multimedia Department needed a better way to manage more than 2,200 pieces of audiovisual equipment. Its old system was outdated, required students to physically show up to reserve gear, and led to double bookings and other errors.
By implementing CHEQROOM’s cloud-based equipment management and reservation software, TCNJ enabled students to book gear online or in the mobile app, improved scheduling accuracy, and used the platform for inventory tracking and reporting. CHEQROOM helped eliminate double bookings, save time on reports and inventory checks, and support smarter purchasing decisions based on checkout data.
