SITECH, part of the worldwide SITECH distribution network in Marion, Ohio, needed a better way to manage more than 400 equipment items across three warehouse locations. Before CHEQROOM, the team relied on manual lists and spreadsheets, which created duplicate work, poor structure, and confusion between loaner and rental items.

CHEQROOM implemented an easy-to-use asset management system with QR codes, mobile and web access, and simple import tools for existing spreadsheets. SITECH said the rollout was smooth and quick to learn, and the new process made it much easier to track items, retrieve equipment information, coordinate across locations, and save time and money.
