Allied Global Services, a Midwest staffing and recruitment firm with more than 50 years of experience, needed to speed up background screening, integrate with its applicant tracking system, and support inclusive hiring and second-chance policies. To solve these challenges, Allied partnered with Checkr and adopted Checkr’s background screening platform, including the Continuous Check tool and customizable adjudication features.

Checkr implemented open APIs and fully stacked integrations plus Continuous Check and tailored client profiles, enabling faster, fairer decisions and easier long-term monitoring. As a result, Allied reduced average background-check turnaround from 2–3 days to about 90 seconds (a 99% reduction), cut time-to-hire by 86% (from 3 days to roughly 5 hours), and now completes about 300 checks per month—helping Allied put people to work faster and improve operational efficiency.
