The integrated solution simplified deployment and support, improved service visibility with customizable reporting, drove nearly 100% customer retention, increased recurring revenues, provided a clear competitive differentiator, and supported TekJet’s rapid growth—today managed services are 95% of its business with plans to expand to more than 1,500 seats.
