SPCA Hong Kong Successfully Modernizes Endpoint Security

The Hong Kong Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA Hong Kong), a nonprofit running veterinary clinics and shelters across the city, needed to modernize endpoint security. Its legacy signature-based antivirus offered minimal device management and could not reliably detect zero-day, polymorphic, or emerging risks from generative AI, leaving staff endpoints and sensitive data exposed.

SPCA deployed Check Point Harmony Endpoint, leveraging AI-driven behavioral analysis, centralized management, automated vulnerability detection, and single-click remediation to detect, investigate and mitigate threats in real time. Within six months the organization saw stronger threat protection and web-browsing defenses, improved visibility and streamlined operations—delivering better security at roughly the same cost as the prior solution.
