Case Study: Omnyway achieves agile, PCI‑secure DevOps with Check Point Software's CloudGuard Dome9

A Check Point Software Case Study

Preview of the Omnyway Case Study

Omnyway uses CloudGuard Dome9 to provide secure devops for its retail mobile platform

Omnyway is a cloud‑native mobile shopping and payment platform used by major retailers and built on AWS microservices. As the environment grew to multiple regions, accounts and VPCs, their security groups and workflows became hard to visualize and manage; a permanently open bastion host exposed them to brute‑force attacks and noisy SIEM alerts, and they needed a way to enforce continuous compliance while enabling agile DevOps.

Omnyway deployed CloudGuard Dome9’s Clarity, Dynamic Access Leases and Compliance Engine to gain network visualization, time‑limited on‑demand access and automated compliance scanning. The solutions removed the always‑open bastion host, reduced SIEM noise and attack surface, provided granular access control and continuous compliance reporting—resulting in faster, more secure DevOps and improved overall security posture while maintaining PCI requirements.
