A Check Point Software Case Study
NetUSE AG, a northern German IT and security provider founded in 1992 with about 90 employees, faced growing risk from heavy employee internet use and personal device browsing. The company needed a comprehensive, cost-effective security solution that would protect its own operations and the customers it serves while simplifying management and reducing vendor complexity.
NetUSE consolidated its security architecture on Check Point Infinity—deploying Quantum Security Gateway, SandBlast (Threat Emulation and Extraction), Harmony Mobile/Endpoint and CloudGuard posture management—plus a separate NGDP environment for customer operations. The single-vendor approach delivered stronger visibility and in-depth reporting, stopped threats such as Emotet, improved throughput and automation, and enabled 80% of firewall changes to be completed in under an hour while lowering TCO.
