A Check Point Software Case Study
Copro Holdings, a fast-growing publicly listed firm that outsources construction and plant engineers, set out to raise the quality and retention of its workforce by lending smartphones to all outsourced personnel. The initiative aimed to improve training, monitor long working hours and enable timely follow-ups, but posed a major challenge: how to secure mobile devices against rising cyber threats without degrading usability for field engineers.
Copro deployed Check Point SandBlast Mobile alongside its device management, using cloud-based threat analysis, filtering and centralized management to keep phones secure yet immediately usable. The rollout (2,000 phones to date) enabled real-time tracking of work hours, quicker medical appointments and closer department follow-ups, increased employees’ security awareness and smoother operations at client sites—outcomes that support better productivity and are expected to improve retention over time.
