Hixardt Technologies Taps Check Point Solutions for SMB and MSP Security Needs

Hixardt Technologies, founded in 2001 to provide managed IT services for small- and mid-sized businesses, focuses on an underserved segment of 25–35 user organizations. The company needed a trusted, cost-effective security solution that could protect SMB customers and integrate with its Hixardt Management Technology System to enable centralized, real-time management and service provisioning.

Hixardt standardized on Check Point Safe@Office appliances and the Security Management Portal (SMP), integrating SMP’s API into its management platform. The combined solution enabled remote provisioning, ticketing, patch management and threat monitoring, improved customer uptime (demonstrated across multi-site clients like a Catholic diocese), and allowed Hixardt to productize and roll out its hosted MSP offering to smaller providers.
